Bonnie R. Cohen, age 61, has been a director of WRP since June 2003. Ms. Cohen has been a principal of B R Cohen and Associates, a consulting firm, since January 2002. From 1998 to 2002, Ms. Cohen served as Under Secretary for Management of the U.S. Department of State where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the State Department including all embassies, personnel, finance, budget, information systems and consultant affairs. Prior to assuming the position at the State Department, Ms. Cohen was Assistant Secretary for Policy, Management and Budget at the U.S. Department of the Interior. Ms. Cohen is also a director of Cohen and Steers Investment Company, a manager of six real estate mutual funds, the Washington Film Festival, CARE, Friends of Art and Preservation in Embassies. Ms. Cohen received a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
