Real Properties, Inc. I have known both Victoria Coulter and Thomas Bloch for ten years. Personally, Victoria and Thomas are intelligent, warm and honorable. Professionally, I have found them to be creative, responsive and talented designers. This is the tenth consecutive year that they have worked on Wellsford Real Properties, Inc. and its predecessors' Annual Reports and we have been consistently impressed and pleased with the results, as have our shareholders, business associates, and friends. In addition to our Annual Reports, BLOCH+COULTER Design Group has created numerous advertisements and tombstones to commemorate Wellsford's important milestones and achievements. Eighteen months ago, Wellsford Real Properties, Inc. was formed as the result of merger and subsequent spin-off. We wanted our 1997 Annual report to reflect our transformation, a scheme that was impressively planned and executed by BLOCH+COULTER Design Group. Victoria and Thomas went on to create presentation slides and advertisements that were tied thematically and in arrangement to that Annual Report, thus enabling Wellsford to present a distinct and consistent face to current and potential shareholders and business connections. Furthermore, they have on occasion been asked to work under tight deadlines and the end product is without fail of the high quality that we have come to know and expect from BLOCH+COULTER Design Group. Victoria, Thomas, and their entire staff are professional and courteous, and their work reflects their dedication to their craft and their considerable talent.
