Inc. Dear Thomas and Victoria: I am writing to thank you and your firm for helping SICOR Inc. produce an absolutely outstanding annual report this year. The entire annual report prodcution process is one that is laden with an enormous amount of time and effort and I appreciate all the ways you made the process this year more enjoyable. You and your staff impressed me with the quality of your work throughout the production of the annual report, especially your ability to take our rough ideas and translate them in a new and creative way to create a document that offers a true picture of SICOR and its strategy for the future. Even more importantly, you impressed me with your willingness and ability to listen to our specific needs and your flexibility in dealing with the inevitable challenges that accompany the production of such a significant document. Your effort to keep SICOR on track and on time was no small feat! In addition, the quality of attention you both personally gave to the project was outstanding. No matter when I called you, you were on top of the smallest details – and you were always both courteous and professional! And, in the most critical test, my management team tells me at least evey week how many positive comments they receive regarding this annual report. I can't think of a better barometer than that!
