Gulf Properties Inc. Pacific Gulf Properties, and myself specifically, had the pleasure of working with the creative team at BLOCH+COULTER Design Group in the preparation of Pacific Gulf's award winning 1998 Annual Report. From the beginning planning stages through completion and delivery of the report, Thomas Bloch and Victoria Coulter maintained weekly (and near the end, daily) contact with me, ensuring that the process remained on schedule and within budget, while meeting the needs of Pacific Gulf's management as they were presented. In addition to the professional manner in which Thomas and Victoria performed at all times, they are both very personable, flexible and accommodating, and they made what can be a very trying process a very smooth one. By entrusting such a major annual project to BLOCH+COULTER, I found a most suitable complement to my abilities and as a team, we created a spectacular annual report, which I am most proud of.
